Tableau for Teaching (TfT) offers complimentary software, learning resources and curricula to help instructors teach data skills that are essential in today’s global economy. We offer instructors at accredited, degree-granting, academic institutions free access to our software. Always renewable, always free, forever. Please submit proof (faculty webpages, course syllabi, appointment letters, etc.) that you’re actively teaching to receive your licences.

A classroom licence requested by the instructor for their students to learn Tableau
- Duration: Length of course (typically 3-6 months) **Request a new licence for each new iteration of your course

- One key with multiple activations for number of students in course
- Note: Does not include eLearning. Students can access eLearning individually through our Tableau for Students programme. This licence can be used for part-time students.

We offer complimentary ready-made courses and modules across a breadth of subjects, including a guide to Tableau Online, data visualisation and more. Courses include lecture slides, homework assignments, discussion board activities, Tableau demos, conversion to online tips and test banks. All content can be tailored to fit your class.
