User Group Meeting of the Week: Adelaide

The Adelaide Tableau User Group connected virtually to hear real world examples of how Tableau is being used to solve problems. Sophia Ackling, Digital Data Analyst at Optus talks through her data visualization journey, data analytics at Optus, and how they are using Tableau alerts for near real-time customer experience monitoring. The end goal is to improve the overall in-app customer experience while creating a better way to monitor message outages for the Optus team. Then, Param Parakrishna, Lead Platform Consultant at DataSpark walks you through a background of running health checks for your Tableau platforms (Tableau Online or Tableau Server) and the benefits that they provide.
