Ernest Ng is Vice President of People Strategy & Analytics at Salesforce. Ernest leads the team focusing on HR applications of predictive analytics and machine learning, HR strategy, program evaluation, organizational research, building technology solutions, and organizational transformation. This work is all in effort to deliver a consumer-grade employee experience, drive greater listening and understanding, and empower employees to help fuel the company’s incredible growth and innovation.

Ernest has more than 10 years of experience in applied research, non-profit consulting, and human resources, including building workforce analytics teams at The Walt Disney Company and Salesforce and conducting research into organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Ernest is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California. Ernest holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA and a PhD in Applied Developmental Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. At Claremont Graduate University, under the guidance ofDr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, one of the founders of the field of positive psychology, his research focused on the interaction between culture, creativity/innovation, leadership, and intrinsic motivation.

Sanjeev has been in the People Analytics space for roughly 10 years at global organizations such as Google, Twitter, and now Salesforce. Prior to roles in People Analytics, he was a recruiting leader that helped construct billion dollar startups by leveraging the power of data to gain a competitive advantage in hiring the best talent. His current role at Salesforce is to lead & drive a global matrixed People Analytics team focused on Recruiting to ensure we have an objective measure of the strategies we deploy, operational rigor, innovation and truthful alignment using the latest data analytical techniques and tools.
