Esdras has more than five years of experience in business intelligence analytics supporting processes in the telecommunications industry. He has experience in database administration for SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. Esdras has created custom dashboards for operations and business views, including development of rules for “clusterization”, and statistical tools to enhance data analysis.

Michel Fernandes

Consultant, Nextel

Michel has experience of more than 10 years in the development and project management of systemic solutions to support operation (OSS) for telecommunications, coordinating multidisciplinary teams for requirements gathering, process mapping, development of systemic projects, scheduling/tracking, and support for stakeholders (PMO). Extensive knowledge in the development of algorithms and applications and roles in database administration, development & project management of field mobility solutions, traffic monitoring, and content-based analytics.
