Building a Culture of Analytics

The value of data is widely acknowledged and accepted within CIO circles yet converting executive sentiment into organisation-wide action remains a leading challenge for businesses across Asia Pacific.

While a select group in the enterprise are setting the benchmark for data excellence, the majority remain overwhelmed and hampered by an inability to translate boardroom agendas into grass roots uptake with analytics efforts fragmented and isolated.

Such a shift is heightening demand for CIO ownership in helping build a data-driven culture from the ground up, marrying technology with talent to ensure analytics becomes more than an IT division deployment, rather a wide-scale company philosophy.

Join CIO and Tableau in this CIO Data Download Panel to learn how IT decision makers can build a culture of analytics to enhance the health of an organisation, building data sources to promote widespread analytics discovery.

Key discussion points include:

• The business benefits of building a data-driven culture

• Core IT challenges from a cultural standpoint

• Examples of analytics best practice in the enterprise
