20.421.3620 is an iOS only release.

1101650	Added viz recommendations to help discover new and relevant content when using Tableau Server 2020.1 or higher.
1101626	Added a new Home tab, where you can find all the content that you care about, such as favorites, recents and recommendations.
1089050	New “What’s This” link added to the sign-in screen displays a helpful dialog with tips to locate the server URL and includes a link to a help page for further assistance.
